Static Map meta data/extents

Is it possible to recover the extents of a static image? The lat/lon/image resolution are straightforward, but zoom unit seems arbitrary. Is there a "read meta data command" to get the meters/pixel or degrees/pixel of the map image at a zoom level for a lat/lon? Thanks,

Hi Christopher - thank you for your question. At this time, we do not provide read metadata about the imagery. Since DG Maps API follows the same tiling scheme as Mapbox, Esri, Bing and Google Maps, you can refer to this link for further detail on imager resolution per zoom scale:
